The game’s fun, although repetitive (not necessarily a bad thing, obviously). There’s some progression through the career mode but it’s slow. The game does what it’s designed to and allows you to shut your mind off for 15 minutes, with the added bonus of getting a satisfying home run. Good stuff. 👌

I really enjoyed the game and had fun grinding out career mode, but maybe it’s because I’m in Scotland but trying to play online is a nightmare lag wise as I’m guessing it’s peer to peer connection? Also wish there was more career progression in terms of being able to build up players to get more stars or the ability to trade players in to get rid of my 3 star players I really enjoy the game otherwise but feel after the 20 or 30 hours I’ve spent getting slightly stale as all but 3 low lvl players I have is now maxed out

Overall the game is ok but has a number of areas to improve Animations- You find that as you’re running between bases, it appears you should make it comfortably only for the animation to cut away to another in which you’re run outLack of Control for Runners- Batters will be on base and you have no control over how many bases they run. Often this takes the form of them taking an extra base which they were never going to make and being run outRepetitive- Very little variation in the game play. Yes baseball is repetitive, but at the same time, because there is nothing riding on the games, they is no change in what you do. Without the games meaning something in terms of a league/progression, every game means the sameOnline- A real struggle to connect with other people to play online. I have given up more times that I’ve found someone

Haven’t managed a home run yet in arcade mode. After the tutorial it’s pretty much time your swing and hope for the best! Absolutely zero control over aiming your shot. Constantly hitting the sweet spot yet always getting caught out. Even the addictive ballistic bash mode is ruined by having no control over aiming as it’s absolute luck if you hit the bonus targets. I hit 19 out of 20 home runs in one go yet barely hit any targets so still lost to my opponent in this mode. Just feels like it has so much more to offer but ultimately it’s disappointing unfortunately.
