Good news, everyone! This freakin’ sweet game mashes up Fox TV animation with Hearthstone-style card battles, and we love it even more than propane and propane products. With characters, items and gags from Futurama, Family Guy, King of the Hill and more, Animation Throwdown is stuffed with so much fan service, creative content and inventive gameplay that even crotchety Professor Farnsworth would be impressed.

Ok so I’ve seen reviews saying you have to pay out and you have to have WiFi, neither our true I have 2 accounts on 2 different devices and I have spent a few quid on 1 account it is obviously an advantage but you can still play in weekly sieges and monthly rumbles and receive good rewards and if you log in daily you also benefit. My advice would be to keep an eye out for mastery this really improves combos and to join a guild that communicates through the Line app, this is a great way of communicating and helping each other out have also met quite a few decent people from all over the world it’s excellent way to pass time from 10 mins a day to a couple of hours. It easy to work out and there’s always someone about to help you out a few things that would improve the game are To. Be able to move people around on islands if you’re a leader of guild this would help in planning strategy for attack and defence and you can’t always get hold of players and the ability to screenshot within in game chat or to improve the chat in generalAll in all this game is great and at times Kong are generous with rewards and free gifts
Fun first, gets boring quickly

When I started playing it was really exciting and the desire to upgrade my cards/get better ones kept me going until one day I catch myself just pushing the autoplay button ALL THE TIME and I just can’t wait for it to be over. Playing your cards out is great, but really slow even with the fastest setting, so you end up using autoplay, and there is no point doing it any longer afterwards, no fun in it anymore. Not even mentioning that there are 4 (sometimes more) different types of challenges and most of them are 10 games each. That’s 40 times pushing the start game button and 40 times pushing the skip button, so unfortunately I catch myself log in (because I do like the idea of the game, exciting to see all the characters you love and so on) and after a few games I just log out because it’s so boring, and going through all the challenges feels more like work than fun. Also if you have fairly strong cards upgrading them takes forever (or lots of money) so that takes out of the satisfaction as well. Your team will always pressure you to play the team games, otherwise you get kicked out and miss out on great rewards. Which is fair enough, if you don’t play, you don’t deserve to be in an active group, but gosh is it boring?
Automated money machine

This feels like a slot machine rather than a ccg. Collecting the cards is very fun and the way different cards interact is always interesting. The problem is it's basically designed to play itself and encourage you to spend money along the way. There is no card economy so each round you play a card. This can be the worst or best in your deck, it doesn't matter. So you could have 2 rounds where you play your best 2 cards and your opponent can only play 2 of their worst cards. In other card games you have economy so you play one good card or a few weaker cards per round depending on how many resources you have. The lack of economy takes out any decision making, just play your best card each time. This is the only decision you make on your turn. Your cards automatically pick a target, the player does not. Where in a proper card game you would either focus fire on the opponent's best card or choose to pick off the weaker ones to thin the herd, this game decides for you. So there are no tactics involved. The game is constantly trying to take your money. Most mobile games do, but you can still play the game. This game is clearly designed to have you stalled until you buy better cards. You start off winning easily, they give you a few good cards but quickly suddenly every opponent had the best cards and you lose always. My main problem is that you are only playing against the algorithm, the arena mode is supposed to be pvp but you are only playing against their deck, not the player.I'm still playing casually because I like a few of the shows/ characters but it's not a ccg.
