Sovellus on alkanut unohtamaan mihin jäin edellisellä kerralla. Sen sijaan, että se jatkaisi kuuntelua samasta paikasta, mihin jäin per podcast se aloittaa saman podin aina alusta. Sen lisäksi viimeisin muotoilu-uudistus, että kaikki omat suosikit löytyy ”my episodes” takaa, hidastaa käyttökokemusta.

Ajastin ei aina toimi, esim. kun sen asettaa pysäyttämään podcast jakson loppuun, monesti se jatkaa seuraavaan jaksoon. Silloinkin kun jakson loppuun -ajastin toimii kuten pitäisi, ei se pysäytä podcastia jakson loppuun, vaan seuraavan alkuun. Käytännössä tämä tarkoittaa sitä, että jos olet nukahtanut, ja haluat kuunnella loput jaksosta, et voi vain kelata vähän taaksepäin, sillä olet jo uuden jakson alussa. Tämä on pikkujuttu, mutta käytännössä ärsyttävä. Olen huomannut, että muutkin ajastimet eivät pysäytä jaksoa silloin kun pitäisi. Monesti herään keskellä yötä sammuttamaan podcastin, vaikka olen illalla laittanut ajastimeen 20 minuuttia.

Ensinnäkin 9,99 € kuukausihintaan pitäisi mielestäni sisältyä mahdollisuus äänikirjojen kuunteluun. Podimo tarjoaa samaan hintaan 20 kuuntelutuntia kuukaudessa. Ilmaisesta kokeilujaksosta pidän. Se on hyvä tapa tutustua palveluun. Podcastien valikoima on mielestäni yleisesti ottaen hyvä. Riippuu tietysti siitä, että mistä itse tykkää. Suosittelen kuitenkin Podimoa Podmen sijaan.
