Upwork is just a sh**t platform! They suddenly suspend my account without telling me a clear reason!!!! And never reply my email! And when I call them , customer support is really very rude and arrogant people! Upwork is racist platform and despise us! Any freelancer could or will face this thing soon or later !

Suspended my account

I was an active freelancer on Upwork with a strong track record. Unfortunately, my account was suspended permanently because I uploaded a profile picture that did not meet their guidelines. While I respect platform policies, the issue could have been resolved with a warning or request to change the photo. Instead, they blocked my account without notice and withheld the funds I had earned.As a professional fitness trainer, I feel this action was unfair and extreme. I hope Upwork improves its process by warning users before taking such drastic measures.

I don’t care if it’s a glitch or not, I’ve submitted my identity dozens of times and it keeps asking for more! They are not accepting my ID verification and I’ve tried using my national ID, my driver’s license and my freaking VISA!! I don’t even know how to directly talk to someone in charge rather than a stupid bot. I am trying to understand what is so wrong with my IDs for you to reject it 15 time!! Ideal jobs keep getting taken away due to your unprofessional delay. Way to make an app!
