My old account got hacked and got permanently restricted because i don’t know whatever the hacker did to violate the app’s policy, so i contacted the support and gave them also the locations that i logged in from which was my country and another country backed up by dates as a proof beside the legal documents (national ID) and a thorough detail about my activities on the platform that doesn’t get more than likes, congrats and any job updates because the hacker was chinese and i’ve never been to china and that its the second time for my account to get hacked and that i was fortunate enough to wake up in the middle of the night to stop the hacking and change the password but unfortunately couldn’t do it in the right time, and all what i receive from them is that there is nothing they can do and that its not there fault that my account got hacked and that they will no longer reply after to my e-mails regarding this issue and i sent them a mail telling them that i’m going to leave you a bad review and they didn’t respond back as if there is no one mailing them although im using my google account to login to other platforms and it requires two-factor authentication. What if i have paid for their premium subscription will they also disown what happened and deny the fact that they have the worst IT system that can keep our data safe???? Unfortunately im still forced to use there platform through another account that i can’t authenticate and unfortunately my work requires me to use linkedin
