I searched for zoom in the App Store and press download but I found this app instead of zoom and I realized it new style of zoom App but wen I open it I found a massage to purchase and I pressed button back that is the same button of agree in Apple and I got a message that I purchased a subscription of that App. Even I canceled my subscription immediately I can not refund my money. Please help me

This app charged me for a full year without clear consent. It automatically subscribed me without proper notice or confirmation. When I reached out to their support team with a genuine apology and explanation, they refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience — feels like a trap. Be very cautious before downloading!
