Actions is a sophisticated app for getting things done, but it’s even more powerful if you have Timepage. With Timepage installed, your calendar events will automatically appear in the Schedule screen in Actions so you can see everything in context. In Timepage, you can see scheduled actions alongside your events. Master your calendar events and your to-dos with the ultimate productivity app duo!

Actions is a membership service with a free trial. Download the app free to try it out without restriction or registration. After the trial period you can choose to purchase a membership which allows unlimited use across all of your devices.
Without an active membership, you can still use the app in read-only mode.

• Both monthly and annual options available.
Price may vary by location. Subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and automatic renewal status in Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

This update brings the new Liquid Glass design in OS26 to Bonobo apps. In Actions, the menus feel sharper and spacing has been improved so you can see more at a glance.
• Liquid Glass design: Updated menus, panels and buttons. The design feels fresher but familiar.
• Clearer spacing: Adjusted so you can scan more actions and lists at once, making it easier to stay on top of your day.
• Command Menu on iPad: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access common features. It is a quick way to get to what you use most.
• Enhanced windowing on iPad: With OS26 you can resize and position Actions windows more precisely, giving you more control when working alongside other apps.
• Spotlight on macOS: You can now create new actions directly from Spotlight using only your keyboard. Open Spotlight (command–space), type “create action”, then choose “create an action using natural language”. You can assign a shortcut (for example “ca”) so typing it instantly lets you create an action and choose its list.

We’ve fixed a bug that caused the logbook to show only some of your completed actions — it should now display everything you've ticked off, just as it should.

Shout out to our lovely customer Arabella who spotted an obscure bug when entering the time into Action titles. Simon enjoyed chasing this one down and now it's fixed! If you haven't discovered it yet, you can just type the time when making a new action to schedule a reminder. So for example if you write "Water plants 3pm" Actions will remind you at 3pm (and keep those green friends happy).
