Project Ember: Vanguard Adjustments a. Enemies appearing each round in Match & Duel modes can now be previewed on the main screen, allowing players to adjust their lineup in advance. b. Adversity Boost (At 20, 40, and 60 seconds,if you have more enemies on your field, gain a random card (Combo/T3 Chain cards only)) is now a default effect for all players. Its description will be displayed in every lineup's Activatable Card list. c. Vanguard Pass Perk updated to Initiative Boost (During each battle, you gain a card at the start of one random round (Combo/T3 Chain cards only). d. Two new tiers have been added to the Gold and Diamond ranks, along with two additional milestone rewards. Challenge and Patrol rewards now scale with rank. e. Minimum rank requirements for certain leaderboard brackets have been adjusted. f. Point changes after battles have been partially adjusted. g. Reduced the amount of regular Data Shards required to upgrade ATK. h. Refreshing Chips in the Ember Crates will no longer result in fewer Chips than before the refresh. i. Expanded matchmaking range for Duel opponents. j. Added a discard option on the Duel opponent selection screen. k. Battle results now display total enemies defeated instead of total damage per group. l. Adjusted milestone rewards to now settle based on the highest tire reached during the event.

1. Crisis War Zone: Kill count to unlock the next difficulty has been changed from 50 → 80. 2. After finishing a challenge, the game will stay on your last selected difficulty instead of switching to the newly unlocked one. A red dot will show if a new difficulty is available.
