You definitely take care of your clients but what about the freelancers giving their time and money to you so you can make a business too? There should be a way to make clients stick to work within the app and pay through the app cause, TRUST ME, lots of clients want to chat through WhatsApp or email or pay through PayPal rather than sticking to the app. And for us, freelancers, it’s frustrating to loose connects and projects for just for refusing to do business outside the upwork platform. It’s ok to take care of your clients but please, take care of your freelancers too.
Paid membership and blocked me

I’ll never recommend this platform because I paid their membership yesterday and today they blocked my account permanently without any detail explanation. I paid them because I needed “Connects” to apply for jobs but when I paid for it, they blocked me. It doesn’t make sense. So, please don’t lose your money and your time.
