Does not work after chapter 3

The game is beautifully drawn. Calm and pleasant music, bright pictures, an interesting and unusual storyline. But the game doesn't work. I can't get after chapter 3 because the game crashes. There is a scene right after he gave her a card. I have to clean the area of her thoughts but game just dead.So the game is great, but unfortunately there is some kind of development error
