Minor updates: - Added link in main menu to our new game, Barnard's Star! - Added "Quick Restart" button on death screen - Fixed dummy data popup in "Past Runs" - Fixed "prepare for battle" so it covers edges of "safe area" on bezeled screens (newer iPhones)

To support making Card Crusade free for everyone, we have added In App Purchases that allow players to buy all of the character classes except the Royal. All players who don't want to spend money can still unlock the character classes through achievements. In addition, we have revamped several of the lesser-used altars to make them more interesting and powerful for players, especially in the later Glory levels.

Added Glory levels! After you've beaten the base game, play again with additional difficulty modifiers for extra challenge and, of course, more glory. Also added ability to view details of others' runs on the leaderboards menu.
