Cowabunga! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have slashed their way onto Apple Arcade in the bodacious co-op action game TMNT Splintered Fate – and they need your help.
Bring up to three of your real-life best buds along for the ride as you set out to rescue adoptive father Splinter from the clutches of classic nemesis Shredder. Order in some pizza and find out why we’re excited for this radical romp.
It’s a new adventure every time
Co-developed by Super Evil Megacorp and Nickelodeon, this roguelike brawler changes each time you play – and every run is uniquely thrilling.
One game, you might face mutated alligator Leatherhead splashing toxic waste; try again and perhaps you’ll face him in the middle of an epic storm. Mousers, ninjas, giant rats – you never know what foes you’ll face when you enter these perilous levels.
In your downtime, head to the Home Lair to swap turtles or even snag permanent upgrades – such as increased attack damage – to make your next run just a smidge more survivable.

It’s got turtle power
Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael and Donatello are all playable – and each has unique strengths. Raphael, for instance, doles out lots of critical hits; with the right combo you can decimate a mini-boss such as the Rabid Rats. Donatello, meanwhile, is the high-health tank of the bunch, soaking up damage for his bros.
Each turtle also has a special tool to bolster their already-potent powers. Unleash Leonardo’s Shuriken to control crowds of creeps or pick up a meteor shower and set foes aflame. You can even snag perks from fellow turtles. Equip Raph with Donatello’s Inspiration to speed up his skill cooldown – meaning even more high-crit attacks!

It’s loaded with character
Splinter might be missing, but turtle fans, rejoice: TMNT Splintered Fate unearths lots of tidbits from the beloved franchise.
Giggle as the turtles dish out classic one-liners. Chat up fully voiced iconic characters such as April O'Neil and Metalhead. As you battle the Foot Clan in humbling sewers and bustling city streets, you might bump into familiar allies such as Angel Bridge (aka the crime-fighting Nobody) and face bosses such as the speedy Karai. The more you progress, the deeper the rabbit (turtle?) hole goes. Booyakasha!
