I really enjoy it but I think it is better if they added a history page which will take you back to your video and some times the app closes suddenly and it says that you reached the maximum number of watching and that you should delete some episodes while I didn’t download any and I am on shahid vip

I am writing to request a refund for my 6-month subscription to the Shahid app, which I purchased through the App Store. Unfortunately, my Shahid account is not working and I have already contacted Shahid customer support multiple times, but they were unable to resolve the issue. They informed me that my account is not activated from the App Store side.As I have paid for a subscription that is not working, I would like to request a refund. I believe this is a fair request as I have not received the service I paid for. I have attached a copy of my subscription confirmation for your reference.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please let me know if you require any further information from me to process my refund request.

Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately, there isn’t any channel to contact customer service. Tried through Twitter, Instagram, by email and over the phone. It is just impossible to reach out to them. In addition, the smart tv app needs a lot of improvement. Really not up to the level of MBC group. The funny thing that you must pay via iTunes. They are not accepting any other payment method. I had a problem with the payment where the amount was deducted and the service was not working, where I have contacted Apple and I was advised to contact the Shahid’s customer service and as mentioned above, you need a miracle to have someone just to hear your concern.

I always make an annual subscription, this year they added the F1 to the sport package when my package was just new and they told me if you want you have to pay full amount of the new annual subscription. After i finished the process they made a new subscription for (Ramdhan) you pay only 6 months and the package for 1 year !! I asked for a redemption for paying for 1 year they told me sorry we cannot do anything to you. (Is that how they deal with their long term customers) i’ve been using Shahid for the past 5-6 years !!
