the game developers are becoming greedier and greedier. It’s not fair when the board increases to give constantly the same number of dice. Previously, at events it was necessary to make 60,000 points, but now it’s 80,000 points. Once the game crashed and didn’t load for the whole day, I just had to take 500 dice and it just stopped loading, and as an apology for not completing the tournament and the new money that I spent, I received a repeating card of 100 dice and a ridiculous amount of money as an apology, and a friend who just started playing was given 500 dice. Where is the fairness? I used to give so much money to this game, but because of your greed you lost a huge part of the players and a huge amount of money.

I am writing to express the concerns regarding the game shared by a significant number of players, myself included. It has become glaringly obvious that the difficulty has increased substantially and the rewards are not increasing at ALL. The dice rewards are a joke. We are not awarded an adequate amount of dice needed to keep playing consistently. It is incredibly rare to win the community chest, or heists compared to 6 months ago. Additionally, the board gets way more expensive every level and the reward of 50 dice stays the exact same. The game feels like a never-ending uphill battle without any real payoff. I'm attaching screenshots of a a substantial amount of folks throwing in the towel. We're tired of spending money for little gain and seeing no new cards. The tournaments are also a joke; no one wants to participate because they're just borderline impossible without spending money. I understand that you're on the support side, and if you’re not able to kick this up the ladder, i’d be happy to do so if you can point me in the right direction.
