I like the game overall but there are really annoying things like way too many times the server is under construction, it makes me want to quit playing, the energy is amazingly small amount considering that objects demand so much energy to be cleared, there is no logic in that, also why some buildings are only two when obviously especially during marathons we need a lot more to produce goods...

Hello! Thank you very much for your feedback! Klondike is a strategic game, so your strategy means a lot if you want to progress. Choose what objects to cut, refill your energy and concentrate on one or two tasks at a time. It is definitely possible to succeed if you have a strategy in mind :)
Imposible to play without paying for diamonds

To do my quest I have to build a bakery. To build the bakery I need boards. To craft some boards I need a saw. The only way to obtain a saw is by completing sir Chaney’s orders. Sir Chaney wants pancakes or cookies, which I have to bake in the bakery WHICH I CANNOT BUILD. It doesn’t even make a sense. Only way to finish the task is by buying missing products with diamonds.. I had the same issue with the tasks earlier today where I’ve spent some diamonds I obtained through the game, but they’ve finished and now what? I’m not paying a single penny, although the game is super interesting and fun.. Rework your tasks or otherwise you will lose more players…

I like the game but there is one thing which I don’t like and that is the little energy that is available . I think that there is a chance which that energy can grow up with 5,10 with every level up. If that doesn’t change soon maybe I will stop play the game .

Thank you for the feedback! We'll be adding new ways to get energy in the future! Now you can fill up your energy directly at your Home Station: use cauldron, furnace and campfire, open golden statues of animals and play mini-game in the sweet shop.

To expensive for game! Little time to make the levels and the lives finish so quick. I would love but diamonds if they was on a good prize!

Thank you for your feedback! We always keep it not a pay-to-win game leaving our players a choice. The game is free, and you can play it and progress in it without buying coins or emeralds, though they are a good bonus and, obviously, the players who buy emeralds in the game make progress much faster, as it is true for all games. However, it doesn't mean that it is impossible to play without in-game purchases. For sure it is challenging to complete all locations and quests at the same time, but it is possible to find a strategy. The higher your level is, the harder the tasks are. You just have to play at your own pace and enjoy the process :)
