- added Fatmax zone in fitness view, now you can know at what hear rate your body burns fat most efficiently
- added miles/km toggle in the settings
- added an option to use calculated vo2max instead of Apple's default VO2Max. This should be more accurate for athletes who don't do traditional cardio. Switch it in fitness tab and watch your fitness age change
- fixed stress manager, now it saves data to icloud instead of mindfulness
- improved extended sleep data display, now it should load faster and lag less

1. added burnout prevention stuff. Never burn out! This is where you can track burnout risk at work. and in personal relationships. Prevent sh_t happening before it hits the fan. No more nasty surprises.
2. added visually nice things, so everything looks better to the eye. and more pleasant. yay!
3. added a discord pro chat support channel
4. fixed a bug where sleep temp chart was showing C legend for F users (who uses F anyway)
5. fixed alot more pesky bugs which I dont even remember but maybe you'll notice it. I'll be glad about if you did. This would add some sanity justifying my countless hours spent staring at the computer screen. Also, buying expensive Apple gear for coding.
6. I quit my job so app updates might be faster now. Fruck corporate.
