NutriChecker helps you understand what you eat and achieve your nutrition goals - whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improving health, or simply tracking your diet.
The main feature - just take a photo of your food, and the app automatically identifies calories, protein, fats, carbs, vitamins, and minerals. No need to manually search for products in databases or count grams.
Key Features:
- Photo Analysis. Take a picture of your meal - the app recognizes what it is, determines portion weight, and calculates complete nutritional value. Works with any food: home-cooked meals, restaurant portions, fruits, baked goods.
- Food Diary. Everything you eat during the day is displayed on the main screen. You can see remaining calories, protein-fat-carb balance, and sugar intake. Select any date to view history.
- Personal Plan. On first launch, the app asks questions about you: height, weight, goal, lifestyle, eating habits. Based on this, it calculates individual calorie and macronutrient targets that suit you specifically.
- Vitamins and Minerals. The app tracks not only calories but also micronutrients. Shows which vitamins and minerals you received per day or week, and provides recommendations on what to add to your diet.
- Allergen Control. Specify your allergens (milk, nuts, gluten, and others), and the app will warn you if they are present in photographed food. This helps avoid accidental consumption of dangerous products.
- Weekly Statistics. View your weekly progress: total calorie intake, average macronutrient balance, days when you met your targets. This helps understand the big picture and adjust your nutrition.
- AI Recommendations. Once a week, you can request personalized recommendations. Artificial intelligence analyzes your nutrition over past days and provides advice: what to add, what to reduce, how to improve balance.
