I’ve been using Zoom for teaching, family catch ups, 30 year reunion with an international bunch of friends…. It has been outstanding every time.I will be working differently for the next few months and just went to cancel my account to save a few bucks while I’m not using it. I just want to praise you for the transparency and ease of being able to cancel my subscription at this time. There’s no hidden fine print or hard to find cancellation button as other subscription services often build in. I’m very grateful. I loved that a box popped up with an option to pause my account - which I decided to do instead of cancelling. It’s a smart move and this the clarity of the pop up explanations that accompany each choice I make regarding my subscription is clear and easy to understand. Just wanted to give you, the Zoom team this positive feedback because the ease of use without hidden trickery shows a respectful approach towards your customers. I’m very appreciative. Easy to use app, with the ability to disable the camera and quickly mute, and also use a chat box instead, as well as the ability to change your name for practical reasons, or even impractical reasons such as having fun. Also it allows for screen sharing which helps immensely with teaching and other activities with others members, and it also allows you to scroll through the different members in the call to help identify who is present. Moreover, it has good cross-compatibility between the app and computer use which makes things a lot easier for each user to access the information necessary. Plus the ability to click a link and head straight to a call makes things much easier to organise.My only problem that I can see would be with lag for individual users, which is not necessarily a problem with the app.
Zoom is hardly accessible for VoiceOver users

i'm Tiffy I'm totally blind and hearing-impaired and zoom is hardly accessible for VoiceOver users for those who are totally blind and hearing-impaired like myself! If you want to purchase a subscription so that zoom doesn't cut out every 43 minutes it makes it so confusing plus it's not even accessible even if you want to and you can't even do it via the app you've got to go to the website which is hardly accessible anyway! The other thing that needs to happen is we should be allowed to use zoom on mobile 4G or 5G even with the video setting because some of us now are having owners corporation meetings and when I was trying it last year as it was my first time I missed so much of the meeting as it kept cutting out and they wouldn't repeat what was going on even though it wasn't my fault! We also need a Feedback section so we can send issues to the developer because all we've got is report a problem but it only wants you to report what happened that day you can't report what is going on with the app in general and you can't ask them to fix it they only let you report what has happened on that day and what time but that's not going to help with general feedback is it scum
