Now the quality is always at high settings and I have to change it to the lowest quality every time afterwards I watch a video, before you can just choose your quality and it will keep itself for the next video and when I’m driving I usually listen too music and set the quality to lowest so I can saved up data but now I can’t even listened music without have to go back to quality options which is dangerous when I’m driving and have to clicked the option every time a new music I listen with out it being a high HD 720p60 and I did go to the options and choose the data saver but it will only saved 360p and not 144p or minimum 240p so I can save up data.

I have a premium subscription primarily because I hate ads, and especially when I want to watch music videos, but so many vids now have ads built in; thank goth many also have a skip function. The algorithm is getting narrower in what I am shown on my homepage which is weird considering how much stuff is out there, and to how many channels I sub. I watch one thing out of curiosity, and then I am offered heaps of same channel or same topic after a single view. But things I have rabbit holed don’t seem to be algorithm noticed. Every week I am given a gallery of games and of shorts or spectator sports specials. I always say I am not interested, but every week I get served more. I don’t want it. I don’t want to play games. I dislike the short form vids. I hate spectator sports.I also get more recommendations for things I have already watched than new things, and instead of looking at the topic I may have liked, I get served dozens of different topics from same channel despite my “I dont like this video” marking.I am getting really tired of the algy not doing a better job. It’s not a cheap ‘premium’ service, but it’s not offering a premium experience. There could very easily be a setting to put lists of things I am very or mildly interested in, and things I absolutely do not want recommended- even if for some reason, such as work or study, I have needed to view something I am not interested in.

For starters you tube offered me a free trial and after a month they say my payments were around 12 dollars but then they billed me and the bill me more all the time ? I just cannot be bothered ; surely they small printed somewhere that they could increase the price after they entice you with a cheap deal ! I think is now 16 or 17 dollars My Netflix only cost me ten dollars and thousands of movies and tv programs that if you want to watch on yout tube ? You have to ? pay more money … Unfortunately I love music so I pay 16 or 17 dollars just to listen to music But now I have been getting advertisements on some news broadcast and even tenis ???? I thought that was what I was paying not to get …. And to connect my tv to my phone is a gamble … sometimes it does connect them fast , other times or just after one search ; stops connecting my phone to my tv screen.I very much hate that it automatically makes playlists out of music I viewed , but doesn’t allow me to make my own playlists and even out of music I always listen to ; far to often it plays stuff I never played before … because I don’t like it .

Hi, The new ad pop up that sits on the screen is super annoying & driving me nuts already & today’s the first day of it. There is nothing worse than things blocking part of the view. And no. With fuel prices & other costs rising, who can afford extras like going “no ads”? Like loads of people, I fall down the YT rabbit hole regularly & find loads of content interesting & entertaining - thank you. But…. I really wish we could search for a specific playlist when trying to save an item. I use playlists a lot as I have loads of different interests & having to scroll to find ones I want when saving videos & not even being able to easily reorder them by alphabetical order etc, is a pain in the rear! Also, it would be good if we could request a change to the ad suggestions after they’ve been played a certain number of times please. PS I am STILL sick to death of the Grounding ads which have played almost every ad block almost every time for months & months since last year now 😫😩😩 Why not let US choose the ads we want to be stuck with? Give us a choice out of what’s available instead of replaying the same annoying ones over & over (I also detest the Security screen ad)
