THE WAY THE ACCOUNT WORKS AND IS DESIGNED, It completely stops you of cancelling a service, if the car/driver is not coming, without a penalty cancellation fee, it happened to me. I ordered a service through the app and the driver never came but kept the app open without cancelling for more than 40 minutes, I guess he/she finally gave up. This is how the scam works: costumer orders a service, it gets accepted by a driver and shows how many minutes it will take him/her to come, then it seems like freezing in time because the car never moves in the map. Do not bother messaging or calling they would not be answered. Because the customer doesn’t want to cancel because they will have to pay a penalty rate, it gets stuck with the app being occupied by a service that will never come, the driver pushes for long and as the customer gets more desperate, the customer might end up cancelling so it can get another cab, (freeing the app engaged with the never-coming ride and paying a cancellation fee, big win no effort and petrol). Therefore the driver gets money without doing the ride just sitting there, just waiting long enough, then he can do it again with the next customer etc, not risking bad feedback, not spending petrol, not having to deal with the customer, in fact they can as well be just at home with the phone on their hands, enjoying a movie. IT is very wrong and very easy to cheat as a driver or so it seems, and get away with it. It is a shame because it gives you such little credibility and reliability
