This is the way it works:

The estimated fare is displayed!
2. Call a taxi!
Select a taxi according to your wishes!
3. Your taxi picks you up!
Track the taxi on its way to you and make the most of the waiting time!
4. Pay with the taxi app!
The full fare is displayed and you can pay comfortably and cashless!
5. Rate your ride!
Thanks to your feedback, the taxis will adapt their services to your needs!
6. If necessary, contact customer service!
Simply tap on customer service if you have a personal request!
Sometimes it is an advantage to talk to somebody in person. You may have forgotten something in the taxi or if you have a question – just contact the competent customer service. You can find the link with your ride in the order history.

No option to select a van
Maserati Dreamin
I booked a ride in advance the app wouldn’t let me select a van as there were 5 of us plus luggage. Had to pay for 2 taxis. Won’t use again

I am in Germany for 2 weeks with knowledge of German language at all it was pain to call a cab not being able to spell the street name now it is a breeze. The app need a bit more work to be 100%
