I’ve played this game since COVID & have multiple active accounts. Never had any problems with customer service. They are responsive & respectful. The game has a fantastic discord channel so if you’re not sure go check it out. No I’m not a mod or employee of any kind. I just love this game. I am a f2p player who does occasionally buy some bundles. This game is so generous in rewards that if you do your daily missions & play the team activities you can grow without buying everything. Yes, it does take longer. It’s a game that requires you to think, negotiate, builds team skills & you meet great people from all over the world. I’ve written this review because I’m tired of all the negative comments. You can’t accidentally buy anything in the game unless you have your personal settings wrong for your purchasing anywhere. No one touch buying. You bought & didn’t like. Bad luck. If you want to enjoy & actively play a great game try it for yourself!

This game should be renamed confusion!!! Where do I begin here?! Firstly the advertisement/video for this app isn’t the in game play, guess this is the norm now a days but hey I like to see a proper preview of what the game actually looks like in game! If the game looked like the advertisement/video illd play in a heart beat... the advertisement shows a FPS game however this is not the case, the best I could describe it is a rip of from the command & conquer days but more complex at least command & conquer kept it simple!! When I say complex way way to many options from upgrading building to tech to training people to the base to the fences to your character to the hero’s to collect to the helicopter lol hell I would be surprised if you could upgrade the upgrade packs. Another annoying thing is other players can steal or even destroy your base at any given time so not only are you fighting zombies your fighting each other lol they try and combat this with a co op function and this ones even more confusing with upgrades and sharing ect ect ect ect way too many options!! Why these people who makes these apps keep it simple I am at a lose perhaps 🤔 they just keep you guessing so you can spend more and more real world money which I do get they have to make money but hell lol if you like a game with so many options that you need a Bible to keep up well I guess this game is for you if your after a game that’s a FPS well don’t bother! If your after a game that your not going to get attacked by high level players don’t bother!

I’ve been playing this game for nearly a year and accidentally brought a few packs in my farm account and contacted customer service to request to have them transferred to my main, which I will add, I have spent a very considerable amount of money on. I accidentally used the vip points when collecting the daily drop out of habit and was told in order to replace them from the pack I could use bios in the vip store by the customer service rep. Except that by doing that it automatically added them to my vip points and not back into my backpack as they were needed in order to make the transfer. I was also told I’d need to replace 160 badge tags into my backpack, however these items are never displayed there and I have 1000 sitting under chief gear. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement after nearly a week of backwards and forwards with customer service and being told miss information and continually reminded that if I don’t magic the vip points back (or spend more money to replace them) within 7 days my request wouldn’t be facilitated. Something small like this on what was a genuine mistake on my behalf of not realising what account I was in leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It’s the little things like this that keep gamers like myself happy and spending, but happy I am not.

I’ve been playing SoS for almost two years now. I’m one of your pioneer players and I’m half way to completing VIP 12. Recently, I’ve contacted the in game support and asked them to help me with my issues on Christmas Wish event. Three MODs contacted me and each one of them gave me their apologies for not replying soon. I got reply from each one of them after almost 48 hrs. But, none of them truly helped me with my issues and made me even more confused with their replies. My issues are still on hold and I still have an open ticket but the event has already ended. And up to now, no one is giving me the answers to my questions and all I get are apologies from them for not replying soon. So, I told them that I’m disappointed in them for being incompetent. And after that, my game started getting Data Error every 5 seconds and I couldn’t even play the game properly now because I have to Reconnect the game every time it gives me Data Error. That’s how they treat you when they don’t like your reaction to their incompetence. And may I remind you that I’m one of the pioneer players of this game. In my opinion, this game will only be as good or as bad as the kind of MODs you hire or as to what kind of services you give.
