Great BUT IM MAD!!!

So if your looking at this game, most reviews are right, it does kick u out and doesn’t give u rewards when you earn them, but it’s actually really really fun! I’ve reached nearly level 60! Finished almost the side quests and nearly finished getting gold ribbons on every single event, the thing that has made me SOOOOO mad was when I got kicked out when I was in the middle of going through a river, when I logged back on I was stuck UNDER the river, I tried riding all of my horses, can’t get out, calling them with the whistle, can’t get out, doing events, can’t get out, teleporting to all my ranches, can’t get out!! I’ve tried everything! Sometimes I’ve gotten out and I’ve galloped to a place where I could respawn somewhere else, yet I get kicked out after 5 minutes and end up back in the river. I reset my device and left it for 46 hours, yet I’m still stuck, I don’t want to delete this game but I need this to be fixed! I know it’s happened to my friend and she’s deleted the game, reinstalled it and lost all of her progress.

I enjoyed the first quest. It was fun 🙄. I get kicked out every time I attempt to do the same quest. It’s so annoying! I’ve deleted it multiple times trying to get in. I’m on the first quest and I helped Snowdrop, but every time I try and go further than that it will kick me out every time! And when I go into settings and I try to find star equestrian to fix some settings it’s not there. It’s so annoying because I’m doing the same thing being kicked out trying to go on, but it just keeps kicking me out! Otherwise it’s a fun game at the start. I’m really annoyed about this because I’ve been wanting this game for ages and I finally get it and I can’t continue with the second quest! Please help me Foxie Games and maybe give me some tips on how to change it or fix it please! I’ve tried multiple things. Also now I can’t even get into the game! Every time it loads fully it will just kick me out! It’s the same thing over and over again and it’s starting to get annoying. Hey developers, I see you’ve done an AMAZING JOB here, with the customisation and fun races and activities. It’s also great because although there are VIP subscriptions and in game purchases, you don’t go over the top with it and keep the game simple yet fun for people you can’t subscribe to purchases. I just have a few suggestions/requests for you, though.1) Maybe please make ticket prices lower? I mean, those races are a hoot, but they are a little expensive in gems.2) PLEEEEEEASE add more plaits and horsestyles (😹see what I did there🤫) because I am kind of bored of just those generic plaits and mini buns.3) Could you please get rid of line penalties in show jumping? I do NOT want to offend you but they are really annoying because I can’t get the Magnificent Ribbon on my show jumping relay thingymabob. So, those are my ideas (of course you don’t need to add them all but one or two would be awesome). How do you like them?But sorry, I do have this consistent glitch where on Harry’s Dilemma or whatever the level’s called, there’s a glitch where I can’t find ANY horseshoes on the map!? I do recommend getting this game is fun but one thing is really really really really really bothering me is that the horse that you get is called snowdrop and apparently there’s a storm and he just find you fall off and you lose him and then you your parents move to the city and two years later you go to the ranch again and you get a horse to ride and stuff to be by inside and everyone’s been hearing how they’ve seen snow drops and I’m still the hunt looking for him and I still can’t find him and now I’ve made my own ranch. The lady called auntie Joy keeps saying the same thing over now I have no quests and not now I’m keep on waiting for snowdrop because that’s what the lady saying to keep waiting for snowdrop and waiting and waiting and waiting for him, but he’s still not coming so I don’t know if the game doesn’t want you to do this anyways if you do recommend playing this it is fine I guess I do recommend playing it but sometimes have heard that reviews that it still kicks you out. Enjoy by and I hate this game no I do not hate the game I am just annoyed
