This game is absolutely the ultimate app for anybody who considers themselves as quite the music connoisseur. It is overloaded with fantastic song selection, genre and many brilliant and some totally obscure choices of music.BUT.. If you ever have an issue like I have had with the Daily Bonus as I have for over a year now.. I have written 12 emails and have not had one single reply. I have payed over $60 in unnecessary mastery xp retrieval and despite not offered a refund or other compensation, I have been completely ignored.. Yet I pay my VIP fees every month and have so for over three years. Extremely disappointing.
Too glitchy and slow

This game used to be good. The playlists now are too obscure and full of bands and singers I’ve never heard of. If I want to choose “80’s hits” playlist for eg, I expect to hear songs that were hits back then, not some obscure “artists” nobody has heard of before.Speaking of which, when I think of 80’s I think of the 1 person who dominated that decade, Michael Jackson! Yet he rarely appears in any 80’s or 90’s playlists, even the ones that have the word “hits” after it! His sister Janet appears in just about every playlist but not him.. There isn’t even an MJ greatest hits playlist! I was a VIP member but the games were taking too long to load and I wasn’t about to go back to suffering through all them ads so I just canceled my subscription and deleted the app. A shame really because I’ve been playing literally every day for years.
Missing tickets

For some reason I am completely unable to contact you via the app/website, and the FAQ isn’t helpful. I logged in today to see that my 100+ tickets have almost all disappeared and I’m left with about 25 (including the 15 I just received from one of the party games). There is no way I used that many tickets - especially because I usually keep track and get weird about having below 40-50 at minimum. Just super annoying, and not fair, since I won those tickets fair and square and well, now they’re just gone. Also the game is glitchy AF. Also again, clearly something weird is going on with Party games. A new one started about an hour and 15 minutes ago and yet two people already have over 14,000 points. And they lose everytime I play “against” them. Weird stuff going on. Including my reviews and attempts to contact not working. I’ve tried submitting this review for example over 4 times.

Due to the recent addition of the Daily, Weekly and Monthly challenges, I believe there should be a way to search for specific songs. This is because for the daily challenges it may ask you to guess three songs by a certain artist but, that artist may not have a playlist so it is difficult to find some of their songs, or even when you have to guess one song.
