Skyforce has always been a great shooter. But this improves on everything they have ever done with the series. The rpg like upgrade system, multiple ships to collect and a card upgrade system that works across all ships all blend together perfectly 👌 there are in app purchases, but they really aren't necessary, as the levels are a blast to replay with 3 different levels of difficulty. I ended up purchasing the no-ads and double the stars to the tune of $6. Which in my humble opinion is a steal! This is my first review on the app store. I have never enjoyed a mobile game enough to write one. They all get old real quick. But this shall stay on my phone until I have unlocked and completed every single challenge! I have no doubt 👍👍

Best top down shooter!. If you like this type game than you will not be disappointed. Yes it looks good but that’s not why I rated it 5 stars, it’s the game play. It’s fun!. Upgrading is easy, all you need is stars that are easy to farm. The difficulty gradually gets harder with every level but you won’t hit any walls where you need to pay to progress. Higher levels are challenging but not impossible, just farm some stars and upgrade your weapons. Best thing is there are very few ads unlike many many many other games that are so called ‘free’.In app purchases are cheap compared to other games. I purchased the double stars earned for a few dollars because it speeds up upgrading and as a way of thanking the developers for not bombarding us with ads.

I don't normally review games but this one deserves my time rating it. The devs have excelled in making an awesome game. Yes you can play it without the upgrades but I highly recommend them. Not only will the devs appreciate your financial support but your gaming experience will be so much better. Freemium & IAP done right! Thanks to the Devs for quickly fixing bugs, the continuous updates & all the new content. I love the prestige points & technicians. It keeps on getting better with every update. This latest update brings an awesome Christmas Tournament which totally changes the feel of the game. SO COOL!!!

Games like this are hard to find. I don’t get bored playing this. The in-store purchases are affordable than other games. Game play and graphics are top grade. UI is skill-fully crafted. One-hand operation of full game is a bonus. However, I’d love to have an account created to sync my progress as I don’t want to lose my progress in case I change my phone. There’s an option to log in using Facebook however upon clicking shows it’s in beta. Developers please fix this. Thanks
