I have rented a number of cars from Sixt at various times and have had only one issue. I returned one car a day early and was charged $200 more than the quoted price. I have sent messages etc. but never received a reply. It seems there front end customer service is great because you have haven’t paid, but once you have paid the backend service is terrible.

I have been trying for over an hour to book a ride to the airport with your app and I keep getting all sorts of rejections. It won’t allow me to add other credit cards and other things when, for no apparent reason, it rejects what so am doing. I have deleted my account and set up another and it still won’t work.
