Too many things that make it painful to use. You can’t select the language, you can have more than one criteria on the map so if you’re near a ride you can’t see the nearest restaurant and on a smartphone screen it’s just too hard get an idea of directions because the park is huge. You don’t stay logged in so you’re constantly entering a password. Designed by someone who hasn’t been to a theme park.

Possibly one of the worst app I have ever downloaded. It it very slow and buggy at times. Took me one hour to purchase Disney premier access as it was stuck on loading and rendering. I had to close out of the app a few times. When it was not slow, the payment failed for no reason. I tried again and spent another 30 minutes on the app and finally payment was made successfully. It took me 15 minutes just to see the items I purchased under My Trip / My Order. Seriously developers, you need to do better.

One of the clunkiest, and least functional apps I’ve used. Constantly times out and/or displays nothing… making it impossible to even see what the app was supposed to offer in the first place.
