Great puzzles for free but over last week it puts up adds for coin rewards but at the end of add it goes to a black screen and no coins reward. Disappointing.I do these puzzles all the time but it keeps going to black screen and when you get back in it has taken away the last 6 or 7 pieces I placed and returned them down the bottom.

Great puzzles

I love playing these games. The pictures are of high quality and you can also choose your number of pieces.Every so often I do have a big problem! I open this game and it is blank. It’s very frustrating! What can be done to fix this?

Keeps freezing and doesn’t save

I did love this app but it’s becoming more and more frustrating. It has become extremely glitchy, freezes all the time and doesn’t save my work. Nothing more frustrating to half complete a puzzle only to come back to it and see that you have to redo most of what you had already done as it only saved 1%.Im actually now going to delete this app and find another one

Jigsaws are great but the ads have ruined the experience. To be fair it’s understandable to have an ad or two to pay for the game but you spend more time waiting for the ads to finish than doing the jigsaws. 3 ads of the same thing before you start and then again when you finish. You choose next puzzle then go through the same ads again before you can start. So not worth the battery usage or my time. I persevered for awhile but no more. ☹️

We have included an option to skip the ads after 5 seconds, so you can get back to playing as soon as possible. If you're interested in removing ads entirely, we do offer a one-time payment option. Moreover, now we have removed certain low-quality ad sources to reduce instances where users are unable to close ads or encounter issues while interacting with them. Additionally, we have been in contact with our advertising partners to inquire about any recent changes in their processes.
