So Pokémon TCGP is different from the Pokémon TCG live in a way I like, you can open packs more than 2 times a day with hourglasses and the odds of getting a good card may be slim but trust me. On your first day of playing you get a good card I can guarantee you. And also some cards have a deep meaning in the art and they have a brilliant way of showing you the meaning and what’s going on in the card with a great presentation. Also the battle is a fun feature along with making you also be capable of having private matches with friends and family if you have them added in this brilliant game. Also if you don’t like battling and prefer to have binders and collect cool cards Pokémon TCGP is a great game with as I said before, a brilliant and deep meaning behind some of the art. 10/10 game you gotta try it at least once.

I started the game because I love collecting Pokémon cards but let’s be honest here, it’s so difficult to get physical cards due to prices and scalpers. I wasn’t planning on getting into the game but I did and I’ve been enjoying myself. I love the art on the cards and versing bots (because I’m too scared to verse other players lol).The only thing I absolutely HATE about this game is the trading system. It takes 24 hours for ONE stamina to reload and it’s near impossible to get any decent amount of tokens unless you’re willing to send off MULTIPLE rare cards. I also think the trading system should be EXTENDED to rarer cards as well. It would make it so much earlier to complete collections or get the card that you’ve been DYING to get. I was so excited for the trading system because I had a few dupes of a card a friend of mine really wanted and I planned to give it to her, but was quickly disappointed because it was an interactive card. I like how you have to trade for the same rarity, why not extend that on for cards above one star and scrap the tokens? Or at least make it easier to get the materials instead of only during special events?If you’re tired of fighting against scalpers and want to get back into collecting, I DEFINITELY recommend this game. You don’t have to pay for everything and you can (eventually) complete sets without spending a dime, it just takes a long while. Plus most of the art cards are genuinely so well done… and the cards are always in stock.

This game is fun- it makes me think about my days playing the old Pokémon tcg video game before my account was lost, but the battles aren’t as good. There are only 20 cards in the deck, which I’m pretty sure is too little, you only need 3 points to win and you don’t get anything from knocking out another player’s Pokémon. You used to get a card from your deck that was put off to the side, but now there is just a counter. Another thing about the battles is matchmaking. I think you should just let everyone play at the beginner level. I was just having fun with my deck until I got matched with 3 people of level 40+ in a row. Each of them had at least 5 EX’s in their deck that required 2 energy to do massive damage. This is horrible, as beginners who want to try battling against humans just get annihilated by a high level person’s amazing cards when all they have is one full evolution line. Going back to the topic of people having amazing decks, ive seen a level 6 have 2 garchomp EX’s and 2 Gyarados EX’s. adding to that, they had 2 arceus EX’s. I believe that they likely traded another account for these to ‘smurf’ and trick people into thinking they aren’t good. I think trading is a big part of a trading card game, but being able to trade with yourself isn’t normally what happens. Although I understand that not being able to trade like this could be a hard feature to implement, I think that it’s bad that that problem even exists.

you work so hard in this game for what?? grind for a ten pull.. do the ten pull.. for what??? absolutely nothing. This game is dry and boring and gives absolutely nothing. everytime i play it i swear i will never play it again. i open it in hope of getting something making the game worth playing just to find disappointment. It’s just a money grab with absolutely no content. It’s all about the gamble and addiction to the possibility you may get something good out of a pack. Sure the battles are fun.. when the coin flips aren’t rigged. i’ve played this since release grinded hard all up till june of this year and what have i got to show for it. no god pack. not even a demi god pack. NOTHING. Maxed out the levels and all. there’s no content. no way to get more hourglasses. just 12 challenged a month you’ll complete in the first five minutes of opening the game. This game is a serious disappointment. it had potential but it all went wrong. my partner and friends have all lost interest and i sincerely hope more and more people also loose interest till this games fazes out. I also forgot to mention how dreadfully SLOW this game is. it’s either crashing my iphone 16 pro max or bugging the whole time i use it. it does my head in just waiting for everything to load, to put cards away in my deck or to even open a pack. this games a ball of exhausting disappointment and time wasting.
