Don’t wait your money paying to remove ads!!

Game is highly addictive and I do enjoy playing however the number of ads that pop up is beyond ridiculous. I paid money to remove them out of frustration however I still have to suffer through them after every game. NOT HAPPY!! The game does seem a little rigged at times as the AI’s do tend to get the exact cards they need within 1-3 goes and constantly skip you. Would enjoy the game more if it didn’t cost you so much energy. There is no way to earn energy back any quicker so your left frustrated waiting for energy to slowly come back to play again only to lose again and again. Can you please also fix the volume for the ads as my phone is on silent and the game volume is off however when ads begin they start to play with sound before suddenly realising and going silent. Doesn’t help when your trying to sneak in a game without kids knowing or when sleeping babies are in the room.

I sent this to the ‘contact us’ section. Once again I was palmed off with gaslighting and condescending comments. This game is rigged, and the only way to win is to pay money. The last time I contacted you to bring this to your attention, you 'assured' me that wasn't the case and that you were 'sorry' I wasn't enjoying the game (which was completely insincere and down right condescending) I decided to put my theory to the test. The more money I paid, the more games levels I was able to complete, not necessarily win, but at least get a few goes to pick up enough cards to put down a phase. As soon as enough rounds had passed, as true as I sit here, I started to lose, and lose in ridiculous ways. There was one time where l literally went through all 50 energies on the one hand because every single time one of the other 3 players would go out on the first hand. You can't tell me that it's not rigged because all 3 players are the computer, not a real person sitting at their device. And now to how I really confirmed my theory that the only way to win in this game is to pay money, so I paid and sure enough I finally won enough hands to clear that level after going through HUNDREDS of energy points. I find it highly disgusting that you would run the app this way, because not only are you breeding disgust for your app, but also disgust for the actual card game. I'm done playing this app, I refuse to pay money to something that is rigged for failure. It's pathetic that you do this to people, but as you stated before..... it's not true. It is and I proved it.

Hmmm ... heavy bias towards Ai players

I really love this card game in real life. Big fan. So you could imagine my excitement when I discovered there was an mobile version. I found the graphics, layout and game animation really straight forward and well designed. I’m just a bit disappointed with how quickly the Ai players get the cards they need. I don’t mind a bit of a challenge but it seems a little one sided. I am finding if you don’t have your phase solution in 2-3 turns, you pretty much lose against the Ai. I am also a bit peeved at how many wild cards the Ai players use in their completed solutions when they seem few and far between for me. Also how many skip cards they get. One Ai player skipped me 5 times in a row and then won without me putting a card down. Really?! Feels a bit biased, which is disappointing and leaves me unmotivated to play this game. Mattel, if you want to keep people playing, take a leaf out of Best Fiends or Candy Crushes booklet. You gotta let the player feel like they are winning. Or they have a chance. You can’t just keep beating them every time. Poor game mechanic.

Decent game but there comes a point where there’s no denying that some levels are absolutely rigged to force you to have to use items if you want to have a chance of winning against the AI. It’s all well and good to make a game reasonably challenging but not if it’s so blatantly rigged against you and the item costs are ridiculous in relation to the amount of in game currency you actually earn.Now I don’t mind a challenging game but devs need to ask themselves if they’re implementing a challenge in a way that is sustainable for the player base or not because why would players want to stick around for a game they’re consistently no longer able to progress in when they could just ditch it and move on to an alternative? For me I’ve about reached that point with this one as it’s just gotten ridiculous. If you can’t make progress why bother playing? It just becomes a waste of time and storage space on your phone.
