Impossible to connect whatsoever

Paid for a monthly plan. First cannot connect to anywhere. Second, after maybe the 10th time the app shows it’s now connected, that actually means you have lost your internet connection at all because being connected on this app means you lose your internet. Third, have tried contacting support. No response whatsoever.

I purchased this for $12 and it didn’t work at all! Because it wasn’t a subscription, I had to contact apple for a refund. It said, “All locations” when I purchased it so I expected it to work but it didn’t.

Not too sure how many serious companies use GMail for support. Reviews look like they have been done by the developer. Privacy policy hasn’t been updated since 2021 and says “no logs policy for NO Services”, that literally means they keep logs.
