This is a cute little game. Always loved bejeweled growing up and this is a twist of that. I like that each level has a different goal. And the little customers and their face expressions are very adorable. My daughter loves watching me play this game. Recommend giving it a go 👍🏻
Level 760 back to Level 1??????

I have tried to resolve this matter ‘privately’ but am now forced to go ‘public’. It has been almost 4 weeks since my game reset from Level 760 back to Level 1. Yes, you read that right. LEVEL 760 BACK TO LEVEL 1!!! I have submitted the information that was requested but unfortunately have heard nothing since. When I think of the time and money I have invested in this game only to be reset back to level 1, one can understand my extreme frustration which is only compounded by the poor customer support. So please be aware that this loss of progress may happen to you!! #notcool

Some times there can be pressure but it is still the best game in the world and I think it’s a great game for me and the game is so addictive and I love the game and I love the fact it is so much fun. I just want to keep on playing this game for my whole life and I love it so much I’ve said that so many times and I don’t want this letter to be too much to say anyway I love the game.

Too many errors

I am constantly having to close my game to try and reset and fix multiple errors. Which makes the game so frustrating to play. I have played this game for years and it is getting worse and worse with errors and ads. Have just updated it and guess what errors. Have tried to close and restart with no success.
