Been using it for a while and just had problems finding what I want but I’d say I’ve the last 6mths it’s subtly improved to the point that today I just had to give it a review. Great work team! Lots of love from an admiring Scrum Master
Hard to navigate

Good for mobile use - much better than via browser. However It’s almost impossible to navigate effectively using this tool. Say you have been sent a link and want to come back to it later - Searching for it is near impossible, you can paste a link and there’s no good history. Whilst accepting that some thing might be configurable, it’s default UX is not at all intuitive.
So much potential but not intuitive

Jira is a great tool that has so much potential but it also misses so many essential functionalities such as being able to link an object in an email…The App is also very hard to use, I don’t particularly like it. I can barely view my emails from it and the order of messages is the opposite from the web app which is confusing.
Atlassian don’t fix bugs

The Jira & Bitbucket issue queues have lots of bugs that go unfixed for long periods of time, even after they say they are working on it. They release updates to visual design that cause regression in functionality and then ignore the regression issues. They don’t seem to care about bugs reported by paying customers.If you’re not yet entrenched in the Atlassian ecosystem look elsewhere and strongly consider other options.
