Ticket issue delay nearly left us with only a 25% credit
Not happy in Singapore
We booked to Madame Tussaud’s in Singapore. Was sent the confirmation email with no tickets attached. Raised an issue after a couple of hours as I had been warned by the attraction that it could take an hour or two for tickets to generate. Raised a second issue when the first was still not resolved an hour later and was told I could get a 25% in app credit as no refunds were available. Having spent half our day waiting for tickets to be issued it was not our fault we didn’t get the mobile ticket. Just not good enough. Half an hour after raising a dispute with my bank for goods/ services not delivered, the tickets came through. I won’t use this app again.
Dodgy third party provider

This company does not pick up the phone, and are absolutely terrible to work with - my tickets came through for the wrong date. Within minutes of getting the confirmation email I tried calling several times to speak to someone with zero response. They even give you an option to “call you back within the next 10 minutes” which they do not. Hoping my credit card company can sort the issue out because I now have a pending transaction to try and sort out.

10 minutes after my booking I found out that I made a mistake and put the wrong date. Immediately I called them and just wanted to reschedule my booking, but no help and no right answer. After all I am a human, I didn’t wanted to cancel my tickets or get refund, just wanted to change the dates. They should have options or give a chance to people like me to modify their tickets. I am just not happy and my money is just gone for nothing. This is a very bad experience for me before visiting Paris. Please don’t support this people and this app.
