The game crashes sometimes when you try to start it up, and there are times that you can’t match the gems at all and are just stuck having to flee the battle and lose, (whether in story or even in raids). I lost points leaving a raid because I had no gems to match. And this isn’t often it happens. It’s since I got further in the chapters this started to happen. Although I do love this game.

Was great before, but ruined by bugs and unnecessary update

This game was great a few days ago, but it’s now completely ruined by bugs and this new unnecessary might and health buff update.Firstly when you progress further into the game, there is a 1/10 chance that your battle ends in a “defeat” instead of a “victory” even though your champions defeated all of the enemies. That’s not the only issue you face later on in the game as there is also a 1/10 chance where you encounter a glitch where the game essentially freezes mid battle. So essentially you literally can’t move any gem stones, or use any of the champion’s skill ability when that happens.Moreover, I don’t understand why the developers feel it is necessary to add this new update with the champions getting a huge might and health buff up. Thanks to this pointless new update, some of the champions’ skill abilities literally does almost to no damage (eg. Legendary Jon Snow, Legendary Brienne of Tarth, etc). In a matter of fact the champions’ regular gem attack, yes even just a simple 3 gem attack, does more damage than the champions’ skill attack. Please explain how a simple 3 gem attack does more damage than the champions’ skill attack, it makes no sense whatsoever. Thanks to this pointless new update, the battles now lasts unnecessary longer.Please fix all of these issues because this game really has a potential to be great.

Really enjoyed playing the game until I went to log in this morning and had my account banned. I can only assume it was because I farmed gems on an event by constantly playing the same level, allowing me to upgrade some characters. This seemed to be an error in the game itself, since you’re told to repeat missions to try and get higher scores, but must of left out the part about using the rewards that they clearly forgot to cap in their programming. I have bought the “gold road pass” the last three times it’s been available, which….get this…GIVES YOU MORE TOKENS THAN IF YOU DONT BUY IT. So appears Zynga is only happy for you to have advantages if you pay for them. I’ll be asking for my money back even though I doubt I’ll even hear from them. Shame on yall. I can guess at the number of accounts you’ve banned because of your stuff up.
