Seriously the best car share platform I’ve ever used …. Gutted they pulled out of Vancouver Canada as that was a massive fleet & super easy to get a car across the city. Miss it as nothing even comes close in Canada or Australia

The worst ride/car sharing app I have ever used. I am visiting the United States and wanted to try Car2Go. I signed up and then tried to verify my licence. It said they couldn’t verify it as it was not from the United States. It then asked me to get a driver history report from my home country which would cost $20 and send to them which wouldn’t even guarantee me access to the or vehicles. I was literally standing in front of a vehicle and they turned something that should have been a few minute sign up process into an anti-customer. Never again will I waste time with this company.

I have used car share services on three continents without any problems. Free2Move’s automatic license approval didn’t work, and their customer service was inconsistent and changed depending on which consultant answered each message. After two weeks of different advice, I gave up. There are more customer-focused options than this, I would not recommend.
