You’ve made me so happy, thank you. I used to look forward to new adventures every four days; then it changed to weekly then it changed to 15 days. You introduced Beaver Grove, made new adventures permanently every 15 days. My 3 years of hard work to upgrade every building and the house to the highest level, gone! The insane amount of items required to upgrade the new House Tiers from 12 to 16 was insane. I’m here to say thank you, over the last two months I am playing less and less, I have not felt any impulse to spend one cent on the game. I have been a part of a huge community of players who have all played for years and nearly all were level 75 players. All of us have given the changes a chance, we have tried some different strategies to play the game on the new version with no luck. Every single player is ready to give up, we are playing different games now. It’s a slow process weaving our self off Family Island but each day the desire to play the game gets less and less. The changes are all about Money Money Money. Melsoft are preying on players addictions to maximise their profits. I predict that in about 12 months, myself and my friends will all remind each other how relieved we stopped playing. Enjoy Melsoft the financial loss to your company.

I think I’ve got an island glitch (now with more complaints)

I do love this game, the only thing that bugs me is this one thing that I think is a glitch. Divination island has been stuck on the travel roster since the beginning of me playing the game (for reference I’m currently working on Storm Island and in game I’m on level 32). I’ve completely stripped it bare of any materials it could give me and now it’s just useless. I feel like this isn’t meant to happen and I have to end up giving up island with more recent and better items when I reach a new island and it’s super annoying. Can this be fixed in any way or should it be a simple delete and download again? I don’t want to lose my progress I’ve put almost a years work into this game.UPDATE:Two more islands now won’t leave, Balancer and Mysterious Island won’t leave when new island come up in quests, even tho I’ve taken most materials from them and I’m completely done with them. You guys fixed Divination island last time I wrote about it so hopefully this gets to you and this glitch gets fixed for good, I don’t want to have to keep on writing about this glitch. Besides these issues I still love the game.

We are glad to hear that we could help you with the Divination Island 🥰There are several islands in the game that are not closed upon completion of the main quest or when moving to the next map - Balancer Island, Roaring Island, Sapphire Island. These islands are the last in their storyline, so the islands will remain open to use them as an additional source of resources. They do not affect the subsequent islands.Perhaps, the Mysterious Island, usually closes after the player moves to Invention Island. If Invention Island has already been completed, but Mysterious island is still open, although you finished all the tasks, you can contact our support team via game settings! ❤️

I was disappointed with my download of this game. I initially downloaded it due to seeing some ads and it looked interesting. It seemed some effective marketing people got me there there. However after downloading it, I couldn’t get past the load screen. It took quite a while to build to 100 (at a rate of one percent per second), which I thought a bit kind but suspected it just needed to load all the data initially. But then it just seemed to hang. After waiting a significant time for it to do something I closed the app and started again. It reloaded at the same rate, and then when hit 100 percent nothing. Just the loading screen with the man from Ireland, and the little silhouettes walking in the corner. I closed it again to check I had settings or something not preventing it and to ensure it was the right version, then reloaded it. After another approx 100 seconds to get to 100 percent, I waited another exactly 5 minutes go the game to load and at that stage I gave up. At this stage, I deleted the game, re downloaded it, opened and waited a full 2 minutes still without anything progressing past the loading screen. I wish I could write how wonderful this game is, but I truly don’t know. I can’t even get in, and unfortunately that loses my interest in it.

Love the game and been hooked since downloading it. As a player I would love to get more freedom with decorating the island using a “coin” based system. Currently from what I see, buying decor requires the use of Rubies. Rubies are extremely difficult to find and the only other way to get more is to pay... I think using rubies should be for more speeding up the making process for items/buying extra items that are missing. Not for decor. It makes the game too difficult to personalise our islands. Reducing costs of energy used in late game I believe will get players to play even more at this point with special events and on top of the main quests, it just costs too much and is not efficient enough for anyone from lv15+ to progress which ends up making the game boring since we have to close the game every 10 minutes and wait hours for energy to replenish. Speaking of replenishment energy takes too long to replenish. I would say letting energy replenish at a pace of 1 energy per minute will make the game more enjoyable for everyone! I would love to see more changes to the game and play to make it more fun and enjoyable for everyone!
