Rigged and riddled with micro-transactions

I’ve been stuck on a level for so long now because I get down to like 4 moves but have 8 chocolates to smash but each move doesn’t generate a chocolate, so it’s impossible to get the chocolates with the amount of moves I have left. Even if I get some more moves the chocolate might not appear even after 2 or more moves. Can you make it so chocolate is generated each move? It seems so intentional to try and trick you into spending real world money which is shady and cheap. This game used to be so fun but it’s riddled with micro transactions. Also, why does the colour bomb go off even if you don’t move it? It’s so frustrating especially if you’ve lined the colour bomb up to a striped candy or a wrapped and it triggers randomly before you can even touch it. I don’t understand why make it so frustrating and hard to play for players?

No more candy crush for me!
If you watch ads to get free lives or extra moves and boosters, DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE!! I spent $1.99 and my ads have vanished. It is well documented online. I didn’t know this. I have completed over 8600 levels and have been playing for around 15 years. The millions of pop ups have always been annoying and then ads were introduced. I never used to watch them but I started to when you only needed another few moves to complete the level. You could watch the ad cinema for free boosters and you could watch ads to get free lives. All gone because I made a purchase. I fail to see how this is a good business model. They would have made a lot of ad revenue from the number of ads served, that you can’t close without accidentally clicking through to the site because of a badly placed close button that requires the precision of a surgeon to close without going to the website. You used to get short ads but now every ad is 30 seconds and mostly temu. The game is impossible without boosters or ads for extra moves. I have accepted all the changes that have been made over the years but changing the mechanics of the game without warning due to a purchase is too much. Don’t spend your money with people that operate in this unethical manner. Do yourself a favour and sort the reviews by most recent. You will see that there used to be a lot of 5 star reviews but the latest reviews are not 5 star. The game has changed and it’s not for the better!

Right now I am stuck on level 74 and I have to release 3 Gummi Dragons. There are three tied up at the top of the board. There are two shorter columns on both sides of the board. I have to get the Gummi Dragons to the bottom of the board to release them. And to make it worse, I have to get a striped (Special) candy to shoot upwards to break the ties on the dragons. After that I have to blow up candy to get them to get them to the bottom. That’s after having to break through rows of white candy. I almost got the last dragon out of the board, but then ran out of moves. I have tried using a booster, a coconut wheel to try and make some special candy, but that was useless because it only made the special candy shoot across. Tried another booster, a colour bomb (the freckles) but that was useless because it wouldn’t untie the dragons. This game is trying to make me buy boosters. But I can’t buy boosters if I don’t have any gold bars. I also can’t earn gold bars anymore because it says my piggy bank is full even though it says I don’t have any gold bars. The only way to keep earning gold bars is to buy another one. I refuse to buy another one because it is way over priced and it costs actual money (money on your credit card) and I also don’t buy gold bars because they are also way over priced and they also cost actual money. King… get it into your thick head that you’re just money greedy dogs. I will delete this game soon and I don’t recommend. Do not get Candy Crush Saga!

ISSUES RUINING THE GAME!

I enjoy the game but there’s a lot of issues that really annoy me. Here’s a few : 1) The game crashing for no reason causing you to lose your progress and win streak (especially when almost finishing a hard level) and also just resetting itself if I change to another App and come back. Funnily enough I’ve noticed it happens when about to pass a hard level and have +5 win streak. 2) when wining good bonuses on the “spring climb” a lot of the time I progress through (and spend gold so I don’t lose it if caught) and don’t get the time limit it just won. For example (and this happened to me yesterday) I win ‘2 hours’ on the colour bomb, to then go and play and it’s says I only have 30mins left. It happens a lot of the time. 3) inconsistency with being able to watch ads for rewards or extra life. There’s no pattern to when you can use it. The options there one level and gone the next. Or just not there at all. I don’t know if it’s meant to but very annoying when you want to use it and don’t have the choice.4) Watching ads for rewards (when it actually appears) to then not receive anything after watching.
