DocNow have "note taking" features giving doctors the ability to make notes and send to the patient so doctors don't need to repeat similar message again. This also help patients to remember the information given by his or her doctor. Doctors can also share videos readily available on Youtube to help educate their patients. DocNow also allow patients to have a second opinion from doctors outside of their region. This feature allows the individual to pay for medical services as needed, like urgent care.
