Screen keeps freezing

Hi I have a problem with the game as I cannot touch anything when I enter the game. I tried everything to re install, to restart my phone and game but it is not working I still cannot touch the screen. I lost all my boosters and all my 30 min boosters everything because of this glitch.

They have made it a pay to win and if you don’t spend money in this game it’s not worth it. Bring it back to the way it was with the lives and helps instead of basing everything on pay to play.
