Failed to register still took 3 months payment

I tried to register for canva pro in trial mode, but at the end of the process it showed an error and the pro was not activated. 4 months go by and as i was checking my bank statements i saw that canva had took monthly payment for the last 3 months. There is no indication that the pro is active, pro elements are not active and i still have a button that shows activate pro. So for sure its not active. I tried to look for a refund but i didnt find it anywhere. I am so disappointed.It lasted for months!! This is terrible. And now I don’t know how to use canva again without being afraid that would take my money

The app is fun and easy to work with but when I try to move the text its usually glitching like the screen starts moving itself and starts to not really work can you the creator, fix this problem if you can’t it’s probably a problem with the device I am working on (a Ipad).So I hope u can fix this problem!
