GAMES WE LOVE

Lost in Play

Journey through a world of imagination with two playfully precocious kids.

Through the power of creativity, an ordinary day becomes an amazing adventure for the sibling heroes of Lost in Play. Caught up in flights of fancy, this brother and sister find themselves collecting rubber ducks for a grumpy goblin, breaking out of jail with a chicken’s help and soaring on a dragon made of scrap metal. Can you help guide them back to the real world?

What we love: The incredible visuals. Every corner of the kids’ imaginary land – from a spooky forest to a clifftop village with snarky (and gassy!) sheep – feels like a classic Saturday-morning cartoon come to life. As you explore charming mindscapes stuffed with hilarious characters and fun mini-games, you’ll always find something to marvel at.

Crafty puzzles come in all shapes and sizes, including a humongous man-eating fish and a flotilla of battery-powered rubber ducks.

Quick tip: When you’re out at sea, brandish the pirate puppet to spook the octopus into abandoning the bottle holding the firefly. Then use the bug to illuminate the pages of the book of aquatic creatures, which will give you clues to help free your brother from the giant fish’s belly.

Meet the creator: Lost in Play is the first game fully developed by Tel Aviv–based indie studio Happy Juice, which previously collaborated on the point-and-click adventure The Office Quest.
