I had an extremely disappointing experience with this airline. Although the ticket prices may seem inexpensive initially, there are numerous hidden fees that quickly add up:1.Auto Check-in Fee: If you forget to check in online, you are charged an amount that exceeds 50% of the original ticket price, which is unreasonable.2.Seat Selection: Despite the plane being nearly empty, passengers are unable to sit together unless they pay an additional fee for seat selection. Without this, you are assigned random seats, potentially in different rows.3.Carry-on Restrictions: Even though my carry-on complied with the size and weight guidelines, I was not allowed to board because it had wheels. This policy was strictly enforced, regardless of the bag’s dimensions.Overall, while the initial ticket price might appear attractive, the extra charges and restrictive policies make this airline a frustrating and costly choice.

I wouldn’t advice to deal with WizzAir. If you will have a problem or want to make any modifications good luck dealing with customer service! they are simply not helpful at all. They never processed our refund, made so many mistakes, cut calls and simply didn’t want to help. We are waiting for the refund for a month now and every time they change the refund fee, speaking in a very rude manner, never email you any confirmation logging your complaint. Complaint form on the website simply doesn’t work and there’s no an email where you can write to! When phone representative doesn’t know something they will not even connect you to a person who knows how to check your enquiry status… You have to improve this service and treat customers in more respecting way. I’m definitely choosing a different airline next time.

I like that they are way cheaper than other airlines. You can travel at a cheaper price. The only issue we’re facing in this airline is their strategy of check-in random seats. It is actually a very big disappointment to passengers and an additional headache to the attendants. They should keep the same same seats to the same booking confirmation together. Whenever we reach the plane the attendants has to beg the passengers to exchange seats and causes delays as well. Why do the passengers has to go through this headache? To compensate the keep tickets? And in other countries not all check in officers are approachable. Most of them are really rude except for AUH staff i can say. I hope wizz air allows to change seat upon check in to be seated with their family. We are always asked to pay. So sad!
