We use data from Foreca, Naval Meteorology & Oceanography Command, and NOAA, amongst others. The data refreshes every fifteen to sixty minutes.

This is such a annoying web. Don’t waste your precious time to check the weather through this app. When u open this app, it shows lots of ads and most of all, it isn’t accurate at all.

Thank you for contacting us with this issue, and I’m sorry to hear that our app failed to predict the weather correctly. For our weather report we are relying on an external source that sends us their data. Sometimes this data is incorrect, which is something we can’t do anything about. Sometimes things go wrong in retrieving the data, which is where our weather service comes into play. This is a large system that handles the weather retrieval and updates of multiple apps. If you could send us the details of your bad forecast to help@impalastudios.com then we are going to check your weather problem with our weather service and see if we can find a problem. Hopefully we can then solve this as well, but I can’t make any promises about this. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

I paid for a subscription for 1 year just because of the rain radar however it doesn’t show anything for my county, even though today is a rainy day (The United Arab Emirates - Dubai)

We developed the Weather' app with the aim to deliver as much weather information as possible, with a large and accurate map. Unfortunately, we don’t have all the data available to us to have the radar display the entire world. This is due to the technology we use that is the most accurate out there, but is not available in all regions. This is why we can only show the locations that we do, because they are the ones with radar data available. Unfortunately the region you mentioned doesn’t have this available, which is why we cannot show it on our rain radar. If this ever changes in the future, we will be sure to add this location as well.I hope this answers your question, and would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
