I have a very bad experience for the first time using this application by booked a hotel in makkah called dar eliman royal which shows me the photo’s of dar eliman royal in your application, and i paid the amount by card , when i travelled to makkah i reach the same hotel and they surprised me saying you don’t have a booking with us however after the investigation we discovered that our booking with dar eliman ajyad which is different facilities different rating different area, im just wondering how you could do such advertising every where for this application and you are cheating people honestly that was the worst experience had ever in my life.One family found in makkah had same issue. Don’t trust this app.
