Everytime it is asking me to accept and term whenever I am going to the messages. Also after 2-3 months again I have to change password.

Definitely user experience is not their strong suit. Let alone the poor built I’ve been trying 2 days to access my upcoming reservation but it just says “Unable to load data”. They definitely need to step up and at least try to get inspired by airbnb

This app is very poor we have been verified for address approval still many times it ask to verify address so seems I have to switch to Airbnb which is more precessional and user friendly . Such a big brand with so poor technical capabilities . Very sad and very bad experience on pulse app . Hope like me many are suffered .
