I have been a loyal customer for Luminar for many years maybe for at least 5-6 years! I have been eagerly waiting for an app to compete against lightroom mobile!And i am honestly not impressed much! I want Luminar neo in the mobile app and that will beat lightroom for sure! But so far its just a cute app that is similar to many more apps. The portrait is missing the face features options, the sun effect and rays are missing which are two super important features much needed in such an app.Also the interface is cute but not needed much im happy with basic controls yet more features in the app. Also if there would be feather dial for the eraser to make it smooth.Maybe adding layers like luminar neo to adjust the edits properly. I really hope the app would get better in order to fully become similar to luminar neo .

It's important to note, that Luminar Mobile cannot fully replicate Luminar Neo, which is the desktop version. Mobile devices such as iPhone and iPad cannot reach the full capacity of a desktop computer or a laptop. Therefore, Luminar Mobile indeed does not contain every feature from Luminar Neo due to its complicity. However, we deeply value your feedback, as it will help us to grow in the right direction. Shift from Lifetime to Perpetual license

I am writing to inquire about a change in my purchase. I recently acquired a lifetime licence but have since decided to switch to a perpetual licence. Would I be eligible for a refund or would the perpetual licence be deducted from the lifetime licence?
