They do not verify your email address. So if you mistyped your email, you will never know wether or not your reservation was successful. So they freeze your money on you credit card, but you receive neither booking confirmation, nor withdrawal confirmation. It looks just like a disconnection of your network. So you try again. Since the first booking was not properly complete and the first withdrawal was not made straight away, you end up with 2 tickets issued to the same name. And you find it out only at the check in desk. So it is too late already to cancel the second ticket and get a refund.The support team keeps saying that they are ok with the the bug. Seems like it is ok for them that their customers loose their money.On top of that the customer support interface is lagging. You need to restart your chat several times to complete your conversation.

Booked flight got cancelled and I have contacted there customer service and worst experience ever received. Past one week they just saying awaiting feedback from flight for refund and flight didn’t confirmed them. since I don’t trust I directly called flight customer service and they picked up and told they haven’t got any request and they are ready to refund right away but it will go to gotogate if they want to give me they can offer voucher directly . The blame game delay from gotogate is still going on and no office in UAE . Customer service calls are getting US number and it’s chargeable service . No compliant Referance number there are issuing . I have fine note that 4 calls and 6 chats and Untill today no reponse at all . The worst experience I have ever experienced .

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while trying to reschedule my flight from Dubai to Singapore and back. I purchased a flexi ticket for approximately 3000 AED, expecting the flexibility and service that came with it.When I contacted your customer support team to reschedule my tickets for next month, I was quoted nearly 6000 AED for the same flights, despite the fact that I later discovered the prices for those dates were under 3000 AED online. This discrepancy feels like a clear case of unfair pricing.Furthermore, when I raised my concerns, the support agent responded with, "I know where you are coming from." This dismissive attitude is not only unprofessional but also insulting. It raises serious questions about the training and customer service standards at GOTOGATE.I expect to be treated with respect and transparency as a customer, not to be met with what feels like bullying tactics. Do not use GOTOGATE . Users can’t manage their booking by own . And they have full access to exploits customer as you will have no access to change . Either do as they like to forget your money .

Gotogate travel agency has been absolutely horrendous. I canceled my ticket over two months ago on June 24, 2024, due to double booking, and they still haven’t refunded my money. Their pathetic excuse every time I contact them (since chat is the only way they bother to communicate) is that the refund is pending with the airline. This is a blatant lie—I have confirmation from the airline that the transaction was voided and nothing is pending on their end. Yet, Gotogate refuses to respond or take any action to resolve this issue. This is unacceptable!”
