okay so 3 years ago, my go to app for video making was CapCut, but eventually i couldn't afford it and i found there was this much better app Alight Motion and i followed some tutorials and honestly this is a really cool app. the features are easy to use, and it doesn't constantly demand you to pay just to use basic features. there arent limits to anything and you can use everything freely and i think its a REALLY refreshing break after what i suffered in all those apps that limit everything!! <3one problem, i'm not sure if this is a temporary problem or not but i have this problem that i have been stuck with for the past few daysーwhenever i edit, it does give me time to edit, but not even a minute later and Alight Motion crashes. sure, when i hop back in everything i did just now had been saved, but the same things happen over again and it really frustrates me. i've searched alot of things on Google, it told me to clear cache or restart the app, check if i have sufficient storage and check if the project isn't too complex, etcーnothing i did really worked, and i'm in a situation where i really need to make this video before my long waited winter break ends, so i am truly sorry to have brought up another problem for you all but i really need help because nothing really helped me and i would just love if you have any advice or solutions😭💕💕but overall the app is AMAZING i would definetely keep using this!!

I love Alight Motion! It’s so smooth and there are a lot more *free* options to choose from (unlike OTHER apps). But, no app is perfect and no developer is perfect either which means that there will always be a few bugs. I’ll just get to the point. Whenever I export my video it completes the process, however the option to share my video after doesn’t pop up. Then it just crashes immediately. I don’t know if it’s because this is the second time I’m exporting a video from it in the same day or if I have too many tabs open (I barely have any open) but it’s really frustrating for me. I was working on a project for so long and it’s barely over 10 seconds long but it won’t export. I’ve even tried shortening it and seeing why it stops halfway because now it’s exporting to 50% and then crashing. It only started going halfway after I adjusted the exporting settings and i get really annoyed. I hope you answer as soon as humanly possible and thanks for bringing us an amazing app!

So, I’m an editor which about a year ago shifted from capcut to alight motion and for a year its been going smooth but recently I have encountered a big bug which just makes me rage so bad. I actually came here because I just encountered it again. So the bug is that when I’m exporting after some percentages the app just crashes. Not while editing, SPECIFICALLY while exporting. And alot of times the export happens in a second, and when I save it and see it in my photo library, it shows a few seconds of the clips and at some point it just stucks. At one part it just stucks and even the song doesn’t come full. These were just 2. I have one more. So when i’m exporting and everything is going perfect when it reaches the 100% mark, it actually passes the 100% mark…. For example like it goes furuther like 101% and even goes probably more than 200%.That is painful. And honestly there I don’t know really what to do.. i have to cancel the exporting process and when I start again and when I start again the same exact thing happens again. At first I thought it was my device problem but this never happened to me with any other editing apps I’ve tried and also because these 3 bugs SPECIFICALLY only happen when the exporting process is going on. Please, fix these 3 bugs becuase it has become severely annoying to edit like this. Like what can I do I tried everything from powering off my device to even re-installing alight motion and nothing has worked. So please fix these bugs, thank you 🙏

The app overall is great, and the video qualities are quite top notch. But when i want to do Time remapping with the keyframes in the speed area (Shown in tutorials). the button isn’t there. Later on i found out that the feature isn’t available on IOS and i’m quite upset with this little fact, so i think it would be great (on behalf of IOS alight motion users) to add that feature to! Please add it, as i am currently struggling to make videos due to this little forgotten feature for IOS users. Overall 4.5/5. Not full bc the keyframe issue. I hope you look deeper into this content and add the feature, thank you.- Tokii
